VOCAL WARM UP

It's really important to look after your voice. We take it for granted that it will always work, but it needs care and maintenance like any other asset.

Taking the time to warm up your voice each morning will really pay dividends. It need only take 2 minutes and helps you prepare for the day ahead.

Make sure to stay hydrated. Remember we should be drinking at least 2 litres of water a day.

In our sessions we will work on exercises to increase vocal flexibility and encourage consistency, which will help you improve your vocal stamina.
